Workout Programs: Progressive training plans that challenge your body and promote consistent progress. Functional Training: Exercises that mimic real-life movements to improve strength, stability, and overall fitness. Strength Training: Focus on building muscle mass and increasing strength through resistance training. Cardiovascular Exercise to improve cardiovascular health and burn calories 3. Nutrition and Lifestyle: Dietary Plans: Nutrient-dense eating patterns that provide balanced nutrition and support your goals. Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy All sessions must be booked 15 to 30 days in advance to ensure availability. Bookings are only confirmed after full payment is received. Session times will be finalized through mutual agreement. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable and non-reschedulable. Missed sessions without notice will be considered completed. Waitlist Policy If a session is fully booked, you can join the waitlist. Open slots will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If notified, you must confirm your spot within 2 hours, or it moves to the next client. PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS You can choose from the following payment options: Cash Payment Cash is accepted for in-person clients only. Full payment must be made before the program begins. Online Payment Options Online payments are accepted through: Google Pay PhonePe UPI transfer Bank transfer UPI ID: [your-upi-id@bank] (Please confirm the UPI ID with me before making any payment.) Once you’ve made the payment, please share a screenshot as proof. Your sessions will be scheduled only after payment is confirmed.
